The Education ministry of Bay Springs Baptist Church exists to lead people to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and help them become mature followers of Jesus Christ.
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness. 2nd Timothy 3:16
Sunday School & Discipleship Training
Sunday School – Sunday, 9:00 – 9:45a.m.
Sunday School is the cornerstone of Bay Springs Education ministry. We offer Sunday School classes for all ages. These classes offer people an opportunity to study the Bible in small groups and to connect to Bay Springs in a deeper way by building friendships.
Discipleship Training – Sunday 5:00 – 5:45p.m.
Discipleship Training offers classes for all ages. Through ongoing and short-term special interest classes Christians are able to study the Bible and grow in their spiritual maturity. Short-term classes offered in the past have included Experiencing God, Prayer and Fasting, Parenting, Finances, and Bible book studies.
Winter Bible Study
Winter Bible Study – Held annually in January or February
Each year our church studies a book of the Bible for our Winter Bible Study. We offer classes for preschool, children, youth, and adults for 4 nights beginning on Sunday night and going through Wednesday night. Our Adult study meets in the sanctuary and is lead by an outstanding guest pastor or teacher.
